Shipping & Returns
Our Standard method of shipping is via UPS and FedEx unless otherwise specified on your order.
We ship from California for a flat shipping rate of $15.00
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days in the order in which they were received.
UPS/FedEx Ground – Regular delivery speed, shipping times vary by destination. Standard shipping will take between 2-5 business days to arrive.
We do not ship to APO’s or PO boxes.
We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska.
We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.
1) You must Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return.
2) Once you notify us, you will be issued a RMA # which must be written on the outside of the package you send to us (Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number).
3) Original manufactures shoebox MUST be shipped back with an outside carton, do not return shoes in only the original manufactures box.
4) We suggest the package be shipping with tracking as we are not responsible for lost packages.
5) All returns due to Pleaser’s shipping error or a manufacturing defect must be shipped via UPS Ground or standard U.S. Postal Service.
6) All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the return is due to shipping error or a manufacturing defect.
7) Merchandise is in the original packaging. Returns will NOT be accepted if the returned merchandise is not in its original packaging, or if the packaging bears any hand written marks such as style and/or sizing. All stickers or labeling applied to the packaging or the merchandise itself must be removed prior to returning.
8) Merchandise must be clean, unused, and in salable condition.
9) We reserves the right to refuse returns due to claims relative to merchandise’s sizing, fitting, color, or dimensions, and has the final say in this regard.
10) We will not refund the cost of shipping or handling, unless the return is due to shipping error or a manufacturing defect.
